Welcome to Style by Dre Glover. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and policies governing the use of our styling services. By booking any service, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

By booking any service with Style by Dre Glover, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services are provided by Dre Glover operating under the brand Style by Dre Glover.

2. Services Provided

Style by Dre Glover offers personalized styling services, including but not limited to:

    •    Wardrobe Refresh & Closet Editing

    •    Personal Shopping Services

    •    Event & Occasion Styling

    •    Virtual Styling Consultations

    •    Style & Proportion Guidance

    •    Content, Brand, and Image Consulting

All services are customized to the client’s individual goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

3. Booking and Payments

    •    All services must be booked in advance through the official website or approved booking method.

    •    After submitting a booking request, clients will be contacted to confirm service details and scheduling.

    •    A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure an appointment.

    •    Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of confirmation or the appointment may be released.

    •    Full payment is due no later than the day of the scheduled appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    •    Clients may choose to pay in full at the time of booking.

    •    Travel outside the standard service area may incur an additional travel fee, which will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    •    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

    •    Deposits are non-refundable.

    •    Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

    •    One reschedule request is permitted if made at least 48 hours before the appointment.

    •    A second rescheduling request will result in an additional $100 rescheduling fee added to the final payment.

    •    If an appointment is rescheduled a third time, the original deposit becomes void and a new deposit will be required to rebook services.

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client, and late cancellations result in lost business availability.

5. Purchases and Shopping Responsibility

Clients are responsible for all clothing, accessories, and related purchases unless otherwise specified.

    •    Styling fees cover professional expertise, recommendations, and time spent sourcing items.

    •    The cost of garments or products is not included in styling service fees.

    •    All purchases are final between the client and the retailer.

    •    Style by Dre Glover is not responsible for store return policies, shipping delays, product defects, or availability changes.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information, measurements, preferences, and discussions shared during consultations and appointments will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent, unless required by law.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

    •    Provide accurate sizing, preferences, and relevant personal information.

    •    Communicate schedule changes at least 48 hours in advance.

    •    Arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

    •    Review and adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without refund.

8. Photo and Content Usage

Style by Dre Glover may photograph or document styling sessions, outfits, or results for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes, including social media.

    •    No identifying images will be shared without client consent.

    •    Clients may opt out of photography or content usage by providing written notice prior to the appointment.

9. Affiliate Links and Commissions

Style by Dre Glover may recommend products or retailers that include affiliate partnerships or commission-based links.

    •    Clients are not charged additional fees for these recommendations.

    •    Any commissions earned help support the styling business and ongoing services.

All recommendations remain based on professional judgment and client needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

Style by Dre Glover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of styling services or purchasing decisions made by the client.

All styling recommendations are professional opinions, and final purchasing decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Style by Dre Glover reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and become effective immediately upon publication.
